It’s very easy to overcomplicate a business plan and neglect some of the key aspects every business has… The Business Model Canvas covers all of them, in a simple, easy to understand format.
There are 9 boxes to fill out – all of them are self-explanatory. They include: Customer Segments, Value Proposition, Channels to Reach Customers, Customer Relationships to Establish, Key Resources, Activities and Partners, and finally the Cost Structure and Revenue Streams.
